Went to the court this morning for the speeding and no front plate issues. Unfortunately, the officer showed up in court, bummer :-( The procecutor offered me defferring on the speeding ticket and waived the front plate, but I rejected it and persued a trial. Tried to explained that there was no way I was speeding 53 at 35 zone by telling him my front lower arm was busted. I even brought the broken front lower arm and the tension rod and all the parts receipts to prove it, but the annal judge wouldn't even bother to see them, and gave me $150 for speeding reduced $100 no plate fee to $65. Phxxk! I am just going to mail $155 in for speeding to see that if trick works.
As soon as I got out of city of Richardson, I pulled over and untightened the string and took the front plate off :-)
